Vaccination Strategy

The latest strategy document for vaccination in Spain. Apologies for the translation it was copied from their FB page.

The Ministry of Health has updated the vaccination strategy paper in Spain. On this occasion, you have defined the patients who will take priority within group 7: Under 60 years of age with high risk conditions, which will be vaccinated in parallel with group 5 B (persons between 70 and 79 years) and will be inoculated with the same drug as these, ′′ although they can receive any other vaccine available

Health considers risky to those who are in the following cases: transplantation of hematopoietic progenitors, solid organ transplantation and waiting list for solid organ transplants; renal substitute treatment (haemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis); oncohematological disease, solid organ cancer in treatment with cytotoxic chemotherapy, metastatic or radiotherapy by chest location tumors at risk of pneumonitis; primary immunodeficiencies, HIV infection (with less than 200 cell / ml despite effective TAR and undetectable viral load) and Down syndrome with 40 and over years old.
The definition of so-called group 7 is the main novelty in the fifth review of the health vaccination strategy. There are already nine groups established, some of them divided into subgroups. The Executive document describes them in some degree of detail and indicates which vaccine each belongs to.
Here's the link to the post that was already made to be able to visualize each group in more detail:
