It would appear that the construction company building the new motorway are going to close the road between Zurgena and Palaces and possibly other closures next week. This would obviously create problems for residents getting access to Zurgena.
Our councillor for Public Works (Fran) has a meeting arranged with the motorway company tomorrow to sort it out. Will post the outcome as soon as I know
Jim please ask Fran and the motorway company to take into consideration that as we currently have a local lockdown, when we have days of rain ( expected in next few weeks) our rambler floods, we will have to drive to the ballabona onto the motorway and back to take first exit Alfoquia? Hopefully that will be acceptable or we will be cut off in Palaces, as this road closure will last for months? Thanks for all your help with this blog,especially for this kind of message

ReplyDeleteSo how exactly do people get their shopping go to the pharmacies/vets or any other service...or does the town hall expect us to break lockdown rules..or is the road to Alfoquia about to be reopened but that means going across the rambla?
