Andalucia changes tracking and tracking of Covid cases.

On the actions in confirmed cases, in asymptomatic or mild symptomatic cases and without risk factors, home isolation will be indicated and there will be no active clinical follow-up. While in symptomatic cases or of vulnerable people home isolation will be indicated and active clinical monitoring will be carried out.
A minimum period of 7 days is set for the isolation of confirmed cases, if at the time of the end of this period the person is asymptomatic and have passed at least three days after the resolution of the symptoms. For those people with serious illness or immunosuppression, the isolation period is maintained for a minimum of 21 days. For staff working in health or socio-health centers, an antigen test will be conducted on the 7th before their reincarnation to their workplace.
Regarding the study of close contacts, it will be prioritized in those areas where exposure is considered high risk, giving preference to the request for PDIA test in those close contacts with greater risk of infection or infection present serious pictures and especially in vulnerable people and people who care for them, and health and social health staff.

To all close contacts of a confirmed case of Covid-19, regardless of their immunization status, you are recommended to use a surgical mask, monitor your health status and before the appearance of any symptoms warn to l sanitary system, perform frequent hand washing, avoid intake anti-thermal during the period of surveillance and properly ventilate closed or frequent use spaces.
In addition, confirmed cases are urged to inform their close contacts that they are contacts, therefore during the 10 days after the last contact the precautions must be increased and reduce as much as possible social interactions constantly using the mask. Especially you should avoid contact with vulnerable people and continue to be careful in the following days. Also, they should contact the health administration in case of symptoms.
Finally, the Alert Committee has also approved to request the High Court of Justice of Andalusia to extend the request for Covid certificate in hospitals, residences, hostel and night leisure until 31 January as well as extension r the measurements of levels 1 and 2 also up to 31 from January.
