I am receiving many queries about the new TIE cards for UK nationals residing in Spain.
Firstly, to the best off my knowledge, if you are already registered with the Office of Extranjeros in Almeria and have the A4 or residence card, you do not need to do anything. You can if you wish exchange it for a new biometric TIE card at the same office. You will need two make an appointment and take the following a complying photograph, for identification, a copy of your Padron, your existing proof of residence and the appropriate forms.
For those who have recently arrived and wish to register it is highly recommended that you arrange to register asap and certainly before the 31st December.

There are many people who provide assistance if you require it to arrange your application including CAT Services and others locally.
