From the ministry!! These are the businesses that are allowed and NOT allowed to work under the current circumstances, anyone who states different is wrong!!

OPERATIONAL QUERIES ON RESTRICTIVE MEASURES R.D. 463/2020 DECLARING THE STATE OF ALARM

ACTIVITIES OPENING ON 13/04/2020

❌ITV Stations – NO

❌Hairdressers – NO

❌Markets – NO

✅Takeaway Food Establishments – YES

❗️Observations:
It is not permitted to consume said products in the establishments.

✅Home Deliveries – YES

❗️Observations:
Collection in store is not permitted.

✅Plumbers, Electricians, Locksmiths, etc. – YES

❗️Observations:
Only applicable to the self-employed for private housing only in emergencies and to ensure the habitably of housing.)

✅Transport of Temp Agricultural Staff – YES

Observations:
Providing that the minimum safety distance of 1 meter between passengers is adhered to within the vehicle.)

✅Medical and Optician Centres – YES

❗️Observations:
Medical, Odonatological and Podologists establishment are being considered.

✅Automotive Workshops (Mechanics) – YES

❗️Observations:
At the moment, the opening of automotive workshops is authorized, in order to guarantee the mobility of people who are forced to use vehicles (security forces, ambulances, healthcare personnel, staff in general.

✅Personal Trips – YES

❗️Observations:
Individually, accompaniment of the elderly, minors, dependents or people with disabilities is allowed, or there is another duly justified reason.
Authorities may carry out as many checks as they deem appropriate to verify the veracity of the justifications provided.

Travel on beaches are prohibited.

An adult, who is carrying out any of the aforementioned authorized travels, is allowed to be accompanied by a minor if they do not have the possibility of leaving it with any other person who cares of it.

Individuals can be found using public roads who state that they are going to feed animals that live in public spaces but that are not their property. It will be authorized when that activity came to be carried out on a voluntarily basis by those entities duly accredited for this purpose by the local administrations, who can continue to carry out this activity. This type of travel must be carried out individually, bearing the corresponding documentation to support the justification.

The state of need enables people with disabilities, who have behavioural disturbances, such as people with a diagnosis of autism and disruptive behaviours, and a guardian, to make use of public roads, providing the necessary measures are respected to avoid contamination.)

✅Travel in Vehicles – YES

❗️Observations:
Only one person, except the transport of elderly or disabled individuals.

Only for authorized tasks - shopping, banks, pharmacies, opticians, tobacconists ... or if they are aimed at caring for the elderly with evidence in the form of contract.

Public, private and complementary private transport of people in vehicles of up to nine seats, including the driver, in which more than one person must travel in the vehicle, must respect that there is a maximum of one person per each row of seats, keeping the largest possible distance between occupants.

Sanctions will not be implemented for expired ITV nor for expired driving licences, understanding that this only applies when these have expired since the declaration of the state of alarm.

Any type of merchandise transport can be carried out without limitations - removals, dangerous goods, etc.
The travel of private vehicles to make the purchases described in Article 7a of RD 463/2020 in shopping centres located outside the towns are permitted, providing that they do so at the next closest shopping centre to their place of residence, when it comes to food, pharmaceuticals and basic necessities.

✅Delivery Trucks - YES

❗️Observations:
Providing that the minimum distance inside the vehicle is of 1 meter between each occupant and one person per row.
Only for the supply of the market and in the operation of essential services, including food, beverages, animal nutrition, hygiene products, medicines, sanitary products or any product necessary for the protection of health. Also, necessary materials for the provision of health services.

✅Courier and Parcel Services (Postal services) – YES

❗️Observations:
Only to travel to permitted activities - shopping, pharmacy, doctor etc. The person responsible for breaches is the passenger.

The passenger must use the backseats of the vehicle, the taxi driver is responsible for this.

❌Communities (Urbanisations) – NO

❗️Observations:
Use of the public spaces is prohibited, even if it is for walking in/through them.

✅Cottages and Country Plots – YES

❗️Observations:
Providing the purpose for this is to feed animals or to tend to gardens/ orchards.
Justification by means of IBI or bills etc. are necessary

✅Drugstores and Perfumeries – YES

❗️Observations:
Only for cleaning and hygiene products

✅Supermarkets – YES

❗️Observations:
Only for basic need products. sales of textiles, toys, books, appliances, bazaars and furniture, etc.

Individual clients are responsible do adhere to health and safety regulations.

In cases of repetition of non-compliance, this could proceed to closures.

✅Beverage shops – YES

❗️Observations:
Only Packaged (sealed) beverage

❌Hardware Stores, Paint Shops – NO

❗️Observations:
Only permitted to be operational as wholesalers to professionals with stores closed to the public

✅Call Centres / Booths - YES

❗️Observations:
Only for communications and that do not provide recreational gaming activity for users.

✅Pet Shops – YES

❗️Observations:
Only for the purpose of selling feed for animals, adhering to the measures to avoid contagion.

✅Office and School supply Stores – YES

❌Hotels and Camping sites – NO

❗️Observations:
Since March 27, only the aparthotels in which the rooms have infrastructures to carry out the activities of first need, for example, H. Pinosol, caravans and bungalows in long-stay camping are allowed.

They are to remain closed to the general public but must allow the accommodation of those workers who must carry out maintenance work, health care, repair and works of general interest, supply of agricultural and fishery products, as well as complementary services to them, in the sanitary, port, airport, miscellaneous and railway, food, rescue and maritime security fields, the installation, maintenance and repair of telecommunications networks and data processing centres, energy and water supply, supply and transportation services of goods or travellers linked to the activities allowed by Royal Decree 462/2020.

Only per medical prescription, where a doctor’s note can be supplied and when respecting the measures put in place to avoid infection.

❗️Observations:
Travel is permitted to collect the minor, justification in the form of court sentence is required.

❗️Observations:
Only Autónomos (self-employed).

✅Maritime Rescue, Rescue and Prevention and Extinguishing of Fires, Traffic and Road Safety – YES

Transportation services for security response to alarms, patrol or discontinuous surveillance and to guarantee essential services and their supplies.

✅Maintenance and Cleaning Companies – YES

❗️Observations:
Only within companies or premises authorized to open (medical centres, veterinaries, pharmacies, tobacconists etc.). Also, in Communities (Urbanisations), where the concierge is included.

In private homes, only in cases where it is considered assistance to the elderly or disabled.
