The Flamenco evening held last week was an amazing success. The feedback we had was really good and the performers thoroughly enjoyed the response of the packed house audience, which included a standing ovation at the end.
In view of the huge demand which we had for that performance the Town Hall has agreed to hold a follow up event to allow the many people, who were unable to get tickets to the last show, to have an opportunity to see the show.
Francesca, who organises the show, will do a repeat performance with the same excellent cast as last time and will incorporate a brief preamble about the history and meaning of the dances.
I have not yet received the posters but the event will be held on Saturday June 2nd at 8.0pm in Zurgena Theatre. As usual it will be first come first served but I would suggest that only those who were unable to get tickets for the first show apply initially. I will be taking payment at the time of booking (€15).
